At Ydrfihit, we prioritize efficiency and reliability. Every order is processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major federal holidays). For orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST, we typically dispatch them the same day. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date, and may be subject to slight variations during high-volume periods such as holidays or severe weather events.

International Shipping

Ydrfihit proudly serves customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders are dispatched with the same care as domestic shipments and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after leaving our facility. Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Your peace of mind matters to us. As soon as your order ships, we automatically send a tracking link to the email address you provided. Should you not receive tracking updates within three business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and provide a clear update on your shipment’s status.

Address Changes

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to correct your shipping address, you must notify us within one hour of placing your order by emailing our customer service team with your order number. After this brief window, the order may already be in processing or handed over to the carrier, making changes impossible. While we will do our best to accommodate late requests, Ydrfihit cannot guarantee that address modifications can be made once the one-hour period has elapsed.
